font-family:標楷體">依據現行《國立聯合大學學生宿舍住宿辦法》，並無明文禁止學生攜帶腳踏車進入寢室之條文。目前住宿中心以《國立聯合大學學生宿舍住宿辦法》第十一條第一項「消防安全」為由，口頭拒絕我們將腳踏車停放於寢室內。我們認為若學校要以《國立聯合大學學生宿舍住宿辦法》第十一條第一項「消防安全」為由拒絕我們將腳踏車停放於寢室內，希望學校依照《消防法》相關法規，請消防主管機關進行實地檢查，以釐清是否有「消防安全」之疑慮。<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span></p>

font-family:標楷體">本校住宿服務中心提出寄放但不能帶出的方案，並且簽署「腳踏車寄放切結書」，我們根據考量無法接受此方案。原因為依照住宿服務中提出的「腳踏車寄放切結書」第二點<span lang="EN-US">:</span>「寄放期間，除因搬離宿舍或更換寄放地點等必要事由外，不得隨意移動腳踏車」。我們並不是單純將放腳踏車放置於寢室內，而是有運動需求需要出去騎乘。<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span></p>

font-family:標楷體">綜上所述，我們並非一味要求將腳踏車停放於寢室內，而是希望校方能正視此問題，明確訂立「宿舍腳踏車相關規範」，並規劃安全、可監控且具遮蔽之停放空間，以兼顧安全與財產保護。且住宿服務中心提出我們需要停放於室外或機車停車場，且須自行負保管責任，因我們高單價自行車都設有輪胎快拆，鎖輪胎、鎖車架也極易被偷，車架是高單價自行車貴的地方，且輪胎單價也接近<span lang="EN-US">5000</span>，那我們放外面不就相當於等著被偷，故我們無法接受此方案。<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span></p>
