<p><span style="font-weight: 700;">致敬愛的侯校長：<br></span><span style="font-weight: 700;">「校以生為本，生以食為天。」</span>這句話改寫自《東周列國志》第八一回「國以民為本，民以食為天」，想用以說明學餐作為學生日常生活中的重要環節，與每一位學生息息相關。在此，我想藉由本信函向您反映八甲學餐的現況與問題，希望能引起校方的重視並採取措施改善。<br><br></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="font-weight: 700; background-color: rgb(255, 234, 0);">八甲學餐現況與問題</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;"><br></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;">八甲學餐主要包含圓廳、共同教育委員會大樓（以下簡稱共教會）、以及老八餐廳。本次建言著重於圓廳與共教會的情況，分別說明如下：</p><h5 style="font-family: &quot;Microsoft JhengHei&quot;; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(206, 0, 0);">八甲圓廳</span></h5><h5 style="font-family: &quot;Microsoft JhengHei&quot;; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); margin-bottom: 0px;">八甲圓廳由餐飲廠商投標經營後進行招商，服務對象以八甲校區宿舍及電資學院學生為主。以下為近年的現況與問題：<span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(206, 0, 0);"></span></h5><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;">店家高替換率，經營壓力大：</p><ul><li style="margin-bottom: 0px;">111學年度圓廳一樓原有楓樹巷、六滷滷味、來客牛排、自助餐、深海深羹飯、拉雅漢堡等多家餐飲店，二樓則有芳賴泰式料理、港式燒臘飯及傳統麵點類店家。然而，港式燒臘飯因成本壓力在營業不久後歇業，麵點店家隨後也退場。後續開設的鐵板燒店因其價格親民受到學生喜愛，但卻因租金問題而被迫關閉，令人遺憾。隨後，二樓由芳賴泰式料理改為韓式料理店，亦未能持久營業。最後，二樓改為無人泡麵店，雖標榜24小時服務，但學校推動泡麵作為學餐主力，確實令人費解。</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0px;">一樓部分，112學年度起，深海深羹飯、六滷滷味與來客牛排先後退出。牛排與滷味雖換了經營團隊，但同樣經營不易。早餐店則由拉雅漢堡改為美而美，深海深羹飯也改為客家麵飯館，最終變成越式料理店。</li></ul><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;">租金高昂，價格偏高：</p><ul><li style="margin-bottom: 0px;">學生普遍反映圓廳餐點價格明顯高於二坪學餐，甚至有攤販私下透露租金壓力過大，導致成本轉嫁至消費者身上。芳賴泰式料理店的負責人至今仍提及當時因無法負擔租金而繳納違約金離開學校的情況。</li></ul><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;">選擇性不足，服務品質參差：</p><ul><li style="margin-bottom: 0px;">店家經營壓力大導致頻繁替換，選擇性越來越少，服務品質也未見顯著提升，與其他國立大學的學餐相比有明顯差距。</li></ul><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="font-weight: bold;"><br></span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="color: rgb(206, 0, 0); font-weight: bold;">共同教育委員會學餐</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;">共教會學餐在111學年度前主要由便利超商改建而成，左右兩側分別為以下店家：</p><ul><li style="margin-bottom: 0px;">左側：凍心冰淇淋、愛在蔬食、好主意義大利麵</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0px;">右側：荷香圓</li></ul><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;">主要服務對象為客家學院、人文社會學院及部分理工學院學生。然而，112學年度結束後，因消防安檢未過，共教會學餐全面關閉：</p><ul><li style="margin-bottom: 0px;">凍心冰淇淋、愛在蔬食、荷香圓遷至二坪學餐繼續營業，但原本頗受歡迎的好主意義大利麵則退出校園。</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0px;">為應對用餐需求，校方安排由八甲圓廳運送葷食餐盒及二坪愛在蔬食運送素食便當，但這種緩不濟急的方案難以滿足學生對餐飲多樣性與便利性的期待，選擇僅剩葷素便當。</li></ul><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;">此問題導致大量學生改為依賴便利超商，尤其是距離其他學餐較遠的客家學院與人文社會學院學生，他們每天在用餐時段都不得不面臨超商人潮擁擠、食物供應不足的窘境。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;"><br></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 234, 0); font-weight: bold;">建議與期待</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;"><br></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;">針對以上現況與問題，我誠摯建議校方採取以下措施：</p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;"><br></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;">檢討租金政策，優化招商條件：</p><ul><li style="margin-bottom: 0px;"></li><li>降低租金負擔，吸引更多優質且具競爭力的店家進駐</li><li>仿造二坪學餐運營方式，省略餐飲廠商的中間抽成</li></ul><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;">解決共教會消防安檢問題：</p><ul><li style="margin-bottom: 0px;">儘速完成消防安檢相關改建工程，讓共教會學餐能早日恢復運營，紓解學生用餐壓力。</li></ul><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;">提升服務品質與價格親民性：</p><ul><li style="margin-bottom: 0px;">調整學餐餐點定價，確保價格符合學生消費能力。</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0px;">提供多樣化的餐飲選擇，包括健康餐點、素食與特色料理，提升用餐品質。</li></ul><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;">加強與學生的溝通透明度：</p><ul><li style="margin-bottom: 0px;">定期公告學餐改善進展，召開座談會收集學生意見，讓全體師生共同參與改善過程。</li></ul><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 234, 0); font-weight: bold;">結語</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;"><br></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;">八甲學餐的問題由來已久，但學生們依然期待這個與生活息息相關的問題能得到妥善解決。學餐不僅是我們每日溫飽的地方，更是學校愛與溫暖的象徵。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;"><br></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;">侯校長上任以來的務實與親和師生有目共睹，我們深信您能帶領學校正視此問題，為學生打造一個更優質、更便捷的用餐環境。我們也期盼校方能儘速採取行動，讓八甲學餐邁向全新局面。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;"><br></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;">此致 敬禮</p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;">關心校園發展的學生 敬上</p>
